Qualifications
- Leadership and coaching experience required.
- Strong sales and customer-service orientation.
- Familiarity with member retention strategies (cancel-save).
- Excellent communication and ability to motivate teams.
- Organized with attention to billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming environment for members and staff.
- Lead onboarding, staff training, and performance coaching.
- Drive membership sales, retention, and satisfaction.
- Support General Manager in achieving membership and revenue targets.
- Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and referrals.
- Organize member engagement events and campaigns.
- Oversee billing updates, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
- Lead weekly leadership meetings with club leadership.
