Crunch Fitness in Countryside is hiring a Front Desk Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day member and team experience. You’ll guide onboarding, training, and performance coaching while driving member sales, retention, and satisfaction, and support the General Manager in achieving membership goals.

You’ll coach staff on sales, manage billing and reporting, and organize member engagement events. This role requires an outgoing, growth-minded leader focused on results and service.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and positive personality with strong leadership presence.
• Sales-minded, customer-service driven, and results-oriented.
• Embraces member retention strategies including cancel-save processes and follow-up calls.
• Strong communication skills with ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Organized manager with attention to detail for billing, reporting, inventory, and cleaning systems.
• Previous leadership or operations experience in fitness, sales, or hospitality preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver an exceptional first impression by ensuring a welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance coaching to drive sales and retention.
• Support cancel-save processes and follow-up with cancelled members to reduce churn.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and referrals.
• Organize member engagement events and community-building activities.
• Oversee billing updates, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance and address challenges.
