Crunch Fitness Carrollwood is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the front desk and day-to-day club operations, delivering exceptional member service while coaching staff to hit sales and retention targets.

You will drive onboarding, training, performance coaching, and daily reporting, partnering with the General Manager to grow membership, manage events, billing, and inventory while maintaining Crunch’s high standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming environment for members and staff.
• Lead onboarding, staff training, and performance coaching to drive sales and retention.
• Support cancel-save processes and follow-up with cancelled members.
• Coach staff on sales techniques to improve conversions and referrals.
• Organize member engagement events and community-building activities.
• Oversee billing updates, inventory, and reporting accuracy.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings to review performance and drive accountability.
• Oversee cleaning systems to maintain Crunch standards.
• Support GM in achieving membership and revenue targets.
