Crunch Fitness is hiring a Front Desk Operations Manager for the Parrish club. You will open the club each day and manage the day-to-day member and team experience, including onboarding, coaching, and drive toward sales, retention, and satisfaction.

You will lead staff, organize member engagement events, manage daily operations, and support the General Manager in hitting membership and revenue targets. Growth-minded leaders who thrive in a people-first culture are encouraged to apply.

• Leadership experience in a fitness, sales, or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Open the club each day and oversee the member and staff experience.
