Planet Fitness in Warren, OH is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, handling inquiries and transactions, and supporting club operations on-site.

You will greet members, assist with sign ups or changes, promote membership options, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment consistent with the Judgement Free Zone culture.

Qualifications

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with membership inquiries, sign-ups, and billing questions.
• Maintain club cleanliness and a positive environment.

Responsibilities

• Check members into the system using the club POS.
• Answer phones professionally and process memberships, cancellations and payments.
• Provide information on memberships and upgrades (e.g., Black Card).
• Promote current membership specials and tours for prospective members.
