Planet Fitness in Huber Heights, OH is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first contact for members and guests. You will deliver exceptional customer service, manage memberships and transactions, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to work onsite; this is not a remote position.
- Upbeat, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual and dependable.
- CPR/AED Certification within required timeframes.
- Tanning Certification within company required timeframes.
- MSRs must submit to a National Sex Offender Registry search.
- E-Verify participation for Utah locations.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Assist with memberships, tours, sign-ups, and billing questions.
- Answer phones professionally and process new memberships.
- Maintain club cleanliness and safety throughout shift.
- Check members into the system using the POS system.
- Process memberships, cancellations and payments accurately.
- Respond promptly to member questions and concerns.
