Planet Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will handle inquiries, tours, sign-ups, and billing questions while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Ability to handle inquiries, renewals and payments accurately.
• Knowledge of club policies and member relations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist with membership sign-ups, changes and billing questions.
• Provide tours and information about memberships and amenities.
• Operate the club POS system for check-ins and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk and common areas.
