Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, answer questions, and provide a welcoming, helpful experience at the front desk.

You will assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, tours, and account updates, handle phone inquiries professionally, and support the Club Manager with daily tasks while helping maintain a clean and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks, including sign-ups and account updates.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and updating member accounts.
• Facilitate member services issues and forward to Club Manager or team as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
