Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience and drive new member sales at the front desk. You will greet members, answer inquiries, and guide tours to help convert prospects into members.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, problem solving, and teamwork to maintain a welcoming environment and support club operations. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
• Taking info calls and tours
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
