Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance member experience and drive new member engagement through attentive service at the front desk.

You will greet visitors, answer questions, manage tours, assist with sign-ups, cancellations, and check-ins, and escalate issues to the Club Manager as needed.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, problem solving, and a polished appearance, with opportunities for advancement and a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome potential members to deliver great customer experience.
• Answer phone calls politely and assist with questions or concerns; take info calls and tours.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, amenity usage, and updating member accounts.
• Forward services issues to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
