Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
• Check members into the system.
• Take tours and assist sign-up for new accounts.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts as needed.
• Respond to member questions professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain detailed cleaning across the facility.
