Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service while helping to maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized club environment. You will greet, check-in, and assist with membership inquiries, billing, and services to ensure a positive member experience.

Role requires strong communication, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle memberships.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist members with membership inquiries, policies, and services.
• Check-in members and process membership-related transactions (billing/renewals).
• Keep front desk and nearby areas tidy and well-presented, including locker rooms.
• Promote memberships, personal training, and other Planet Fitness services.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a clean, safe club environment.
