Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first and last point of contact for members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming club experience.

The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to maintain a friendly, professional atmosphere while assisting members, guests, and team members. Prior hospitality/retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately per policies.
• Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Support front desk operations and maintain records.
• Assist with club events, promotions, and decorations.
