Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first point of contact for members and guests. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries, and promote club services and events.

The role requires strong communication and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere while supporting teammates and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently per policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements to members and guests.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services to members and guests.
• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
