Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Midwest City seeks a Member Services Representative to greet members, manage front desk duties, and drive membership sales with a high level of customer service. You will deliver a welcoming environment, handle check-ins, and promote club programs such as tanning and group fitness.

The role requires a friendly, energetic person with strong communication skills, ability to multitask, and a commitment to Crunch service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greets members and guests with enthusiasm, delivering Welcome and Crunch SLA standards.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness, childcare; supports enrollment.
• Checks in all members and guests per procedures; resolves check-in issues or escalates as needed.
• Answers phones courteously and professionally; communicates events to members and guests; maintains a clean, organized front desk area.
