Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative at the front desk to provide warm, welcoming service to members and staff. The role supports member enrollment, check-ins, product sales, and event communications in a fast-paced club.

As a front desk ambassador, you’ll promote memberships, assist with tanning and fitness services, and maintain a tidy, customer-focused front desk.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service-oriented experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and read/write proficiently.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm as part of Crunch SLA.
• Assist with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promote membership privileges including tanning, group fitness and childcare.
• Facilitate new member enrollment and guest conversions.
• Check in all members and guests according to procedures; resolve check-in alerts.
• Answer phones courteously and professionally.
• Communicate special events to members and guests.
• Handle member requests or escalate to a manager.
• Maintain professional, courteous disposition and organized workspace.
• Navigate all front desk stations and assist with various duties as needed.
