Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Member Services Representative to deliver exceptional customer service at the Cedar Hill club. You will greet members and guests, assist with membership sales, check-ins, and promotions while upholding Crunch service standards.

You will also manage front desk operations, answer phones professionally, support program promotions, and help keep the club grand-opening ready every day with a focus on accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate clearly.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Greets all members & guests with enthusiasm and engagement.
• Assists with membership, retail and tanning product sales.
• Promotes membership privileges including tanning, group fitness and childcare.
• Delivers on new member enrollment expectations and guest conversion.
• Answers phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner.
• Maintains a clean and organized front desk area and supports events/initiatives.
