The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 6 months of face-to-face customer service (retail) or 1 year in fitness. Flexible rotating schedule and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of face-to-face customer service experience in retail, or one year fitness experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs and respond promptly.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain the club's cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Deliver prompt, accurate customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Process payments from customers and provide change and receipts.
• Promote products and special promotions to customers.
• Answer customers' questions and provide information about procedures and policies in a clear, friendly way.
