Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor in Park City, UT. You will lead front desk staff to deliver outstanding guest service across 24/7 operations, inventory room availability, handle check-ins/outs, and balance daily transactions with accuracy.

You will train agents on CRM and PMS systems, ensure compliance with brand standards, and respond to guest needs with diplomacy while maintaining a proactive, guest-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Two years combined prior front desk and supervisor experience.
• Ability to effectively deal with guests and staff with tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to input information into a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to front desk staff to ensure consistent customer service quality.
• Greet guests warmly, provide information on hours and local attractions, and address requests.
• Complete registration efficiently, assign rooms based on guest needs, and manage keys and billing.
• Handle guest payments, post charges, and balance at shift end with accuracy.
• Communicate clearly by phone and in person; relay messages and manage mail and packages.
• Maintain calm during emergencies and resolve guest complaints with appropriate solutions.
• Oversee arrivals and pre-arrival packets; coordinate training on PMS and CRM tools.
• Track attendance and reinforce policies; strive for high associate satisfaction scores.
• Be flexible to cover all shifts including Night Audit and PBX; act as MOD in absence.
