Job summary

Crunch Fitness seeks a Front Desk Lead to serve as the face of the club, driving membership sales and delivering a high-energy member experience. You’ll lead the front desk team, manage tours and inquiries, and promote events and personal training services.

As the go-to leader when on-site, you coordinate daily operations, uphold Crunch culture, and contribute to club growth while ensuring a welcoming, energetic environment for every member.

Qualifications

• Experience in MSR or front desk roles preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Sales-focused mindset with customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk and drive sales, elevating the member experience.
• Be first point of contact for tours, inquiries, and VIP registrations.
• Promote events and retail products; manage club website and social media updates.
• Review pricing and ensure accuracy across platforms.
• Support PT team and assist with opening/closing shifts as needed.
