Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Lead to act as the face of the club, driving sales and managing front desk operations with energy and leadership. You will lead the MSR role, engage with members, and partner with the PT team to meet growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk, drive sales, and elevate Crunch vibe.
• Be the first point of contact for tours, phone inquiries, and VIP guest registrations.
• Manage the Engage platform (Daily Activity Report + DLM call log).
• Contact expiring prepaid members with renewal offers.
• Crush PT sales goals—sell PT, book Kickoffs, and support the PT team.
• Promote special events and retail products.
• Manage club website and social media updates to drive engagement.
• Review membership pricing daily for accuracy across ABC Ignite, Engage Pro, and Crunch.com.
