Crunch Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Lead to drive sales and elevate the member experience at the front desk. You will be the face of the club, lead the MSR team, and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

You’ll manage tours, VIP registrations, and engage with members to hit sales goals for memberships and personal training. This role offers leadership growth and a fast-paced, energetic Crunch culture.

Responsibilities

• Be first-up for tours, phone inquiries, and VIP guest registrations.
• Manage the Engage platform (Daily Activity Report + DLM call log).
• Contact expiring prepaid members with renewal offers.
• Crush PT sales goals - selling PT, booking Kickoffs, and supporting the PT team.
• Promote special events and retail products.
• Manage club website + social media updates to drive engagement.
• Review membership pricing daily for accuracy across ABC Ignite, Engage Pro, and Crunch.com.
• Assist with new membership sales training for MSRs.
• Help set sales goals for the MSR team.
• Participate in MSR interviews.
• Cover opening and closing shifts when needed.
• Model professionalism, energy, and Crunch culture every shift.
