Qualifications

• Experience leading front desk or MSR roles in a fitness or retail setting.
• Sales-driven with ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Strong communication and leadership across a team.

• Lead the front desk operations and drive member experiences.
• Promote PT sales, tours, and onboarding processes.
• Manage Engage platform daily activity and renewal workflows.
• Conduct opening/closing coverage and role-model Crunch culture.
