Crunch Fitness is looking for a Front Desk Lead in California to be the face of the club, drive sales, and keep the front desk buzzing when management isn’t on site.

You’ll lead the MSR team, coach new members, cover openings and closings, and model Crunch culture with high energy and outstanding guest service.

This role offers a base hourly rate of $18–$20 plus a monthly bonus up to $250 based on hitting goals across tours, dues, referrals, retail, and more.
