Crunch Fitness in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Front Desk Lead to run the front desk, drive sales, and elevate the member experience when management isn’t on site. You’ll be the face of the club and a key player in our membership and personal training sales team.

You’ll lead a fast-paced front desk, mentor MSRs, help set sales goals, and cover opening and closing shifts. If you’re energetic, results-driven, and passionate about Crunch culture, this is your next step.

Responsibilities

• Be first-up for tours, phone inquiries, and VIP guest registrations.
• Manage the Engage platform (Daily Activity Report + DLM call log).
• Contact expiring prepaid members with renewal offers.
• Crush PT sales goals - selling PT, booking Kickoffs, and supporting the PT team.
• Promote special events and retail products.
• Manage club website + social media updates to drive engagement.
• Review membership pricing daily for accuracy across ABC Ignite, Engage Pro, and Crunch.com.
• You’re the front-line sales engine of the club.
• Assist with new membership sales training for MSRs.
• Help set sales goals for the MSR team.
• Participate in MSR interviews.
• Cover opening and closing shifts when needed.
• Model professionalism, energy, and Crunch culture every shift.
