Crunch Fitness in California is seeking a Front Desk Lead (FDL): a high-energy, sales-driven leader who keeps the club buzzing and the front desk running like a well-oiled machine. You’ll drive member experience and PT sales, lead the front desk, and coach the MSR team while covering openings and promoting Crunch culture.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, helping members reach their goals, and grow your fitness career with steady hours and leadership responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading front desk or guest services in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sales focus with ability to meet/drive goals.
• Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk operations and drive member experience.
• Promote PT sales, tours, and registrations.
• Oversee daily activity reporting and renewal outreach.
