You’ll welcome members, lead tours, handle inquiries, promote personal training and retail, manage the Engage platform, and support MSR coaching while upholding Crunch culture.

The role offers steady hours, leadership growth, and a base rate of $18–$20/hr with a monthly bonus up to $250, rewarding hustle and consistency.

• Shows ability to drive front-desk sales and member experience.
• Mentors MSR staff and participates in interviews and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front desk operations and drive sales.
• Be first point of contact for tours, inquiries, and VIP registrations.
• Manage Engage platform (Daily Activity Report + DLM call log).
• Promote PT, events, and retail products.
• Update club website and social media to boost engagement.
• Review and ensure pricing accuracy across systems.
