Job summary

Primary duties include verify insurance, referrals, and demographics, manage check-in/out via EPIC, greet patients professionally, and uphold HIPAA and regulatory standards for quality service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent with 3 years patient healthcare experience.
• Ability to lift and carry 40-50 lbs; assist with patient transport as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process check-in/check-out and scheduling of appointments via EPIC.
• Greet patients/visitors professionally; respond to inquiries.
• Mentor and train other Patient Services Associates; support daily operations.
• Act as internal/external point of contact for the practice.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable regulatory standards.
