Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Anaheim is seeking a Front Desk Lead to drive front desk operations, lead the member experience, and push membership and personal training sales. You’ll be the face of the club when management isn’t on site and a key player in delivering Crunch’s energy.

You’ll oversee tours and inquiries, manage Engage daily activity and renewal offers, mentor MSRs, and cover opening/closing shifts. Grow with a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in MSR roles and leadership.
• Excellent communication and a sales-driven, goal-oriented mindset.
• Able to cover opening and closing shifts and mentor staff.
• Customer-facing experience in a gym or service environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be first-up for tours, phone inquiries, and VIP guest registrations
• Manage the Engage platform (Daily Activity Report + DLM call log)
• Contact expiring prepaid members with renewal offers
• Crush PT sales goals - selling PT, booking Kickoffs, and supporting the PT team
• Promote special events and retail products
• Manage club website + social media updates to drive engagement
• Review membership pricing daily for accuracy across ABC Ignite, Engage Pro, and Crunch.com
