Job summary

Fitness Connection is hiring for a Front Desk Hospitality teammate in Charlotte, NC. You will welcome members and guests, assist with check-ins/registrations, and handle phone inquiries with professional, EPIC service.

The role includes directing guests to Fitness Consultants, supporting the ProShop, and maintaining a positive front desk environment as part of our EPIC Training Program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Must interpret business communications including training contracts and pricing packages.

Responsibilities

• Engage Members/Guests with EPIC greetings & farewells.
• Check each member into the gym using proper check-in procedures.
• Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures.
• Answer the telephone promptly with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route Telephone Inquiries (TI) to appropriate staff.
• Direct guests and appointments to the appropriate Fitness Consultant (FC).
• Serve as a front desk communication hub for members, guests and teammates.
