Edge Fitness, LLC is seeking a dynamic Front Desk Manager to lead the front desk team, ensuring exceptional member experiences and smooth daily operations across our clubs. The role emphasizes staff development, guest relations, and maintaining a high-energy fitness environment.

You will supervise the front desk staff, coordinate scheduling within payroll budgets, and partner with management to drive club performance while upholding Edge standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership and people management of large cross-functional teams in a consumer-facing service environment.
• Proven success in leading, coaching and developing staff to achieve goals.
• Energy, enthusiasm and passion for fitness.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front desk department and schedules staff to meet goals within payroll budgets.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires front desk team.
• Manages member relations, resolves complaints, and promotes Edge services.
• Conducts daily facilities walk-throughs and maintains club standards.
• Leads daily management meetings and drives KPI performance.
