Edge Fitness Clubs in Meriden, CT is seeking an energetic Front Desk Manager to lead our member experience and front desk team. You will recruit, interview and hire staff, schedule shifts, and coach talent to deliver excellent service.

As MOD when the GM is absent, you will drive daily operations, supervise Fitness Consultants, resolve member concerns, monitor KPIs, and uphold Edge standards in grooming, service and facilities. Edge offers strong benefits, growth, and an awesome culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership and people management of large cross-functional teams in a consumer-facing service.
• Energy and enthusiasm; a passion for fitness and helping members.
• Thrives in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire front desk employees.
• Schedule front desk staff to meet goals within payroll budgets.
• Coach and develop front desk staff in sales and customer service.
• Proactively manage member concerns and complaints.
• Drive monthly and yearly financial performance of the club.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards and uphold brand image.
