Edge Fitness is seeking a results-driven Club Manager to lead the front desk team, coordinate staffing, and drive guest satisfaction at our Westland, MI clubs. You will coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure clean, welcoming facilities that reflect the Edge standards.

The role requires strong leadership, operations focus, and the ability to collaborate with department heads to reach monthly KPIs and financial goals. A passion for fitness helps you connect with members and motivate your team.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people-management experience in a consumer-facing service environment.
• Ability to recruit, interview and hire front desk staff and schedule to meet goals.
• Coach and develop staff to improve sales and customer service skills.
• Strong communication with management and departments to hit KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk team, payroll budgeting, and staffing decisions.
• Recruit, interview, hire, promote, or terminate front desk staff as needed.
• Ensure brand standards and customer service quality across the club.
• Manage facilities, cleanliness, and club hours, ensuring Edge standards.
• Participate in daily management meetings and KPI reviews.
