Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a capable Front Desk Manager to lead the front desk team and ensure a welcoming, efficient club experience for members.

You'll recruit, schedule, coach and develop staff, supervise fitness consultants, and partner with management to hit monthly and yearly goals while upholding Edge standards and customer-first service.

The role emphasizes clear communication, operational oversight, and fostering a positive culture in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership and people management of large cross-functional teams.
• Passion for fitness and a customer-focused environment.
• Experience coaching and motivating staff to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintains managerial oversight for the front desk and coordinates with department heads.
• Recruits, interviews and hires front desk staff; approves staffing changes.
• Schedules staff to meet goals within payroll budgets.
• Coaches front desk staff to improve sales and customer service skills.
• Manages member concerns and ensures proper grooming and image of staff.
• Oversees facilities walk-throughs and club cleanliness and operations.
• Participates in weekly management meetings to align KPI goals.
