Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Associate for a Savannah-area hotel. You will welcome guests, check them in, and provide room assignments while maintaining guest privacy and a high standard of hospitality.

You will promote hotel services, assist with reservations, and help drive revenue through upselling. The role requires standing for long periods, occasional lifting, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Greet and register guests with courtesy and efficiency.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to increase guest spend.
• Identify sales opportunities and relay leads to management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, protect privacy.
• Promote hotel services/amenities to guests.
• Capture repeat business by assisting with future reservations.
• Track guest interactions and report to manager.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments as needed.
• Learn and use PMS system.
• Ensure all cash, checks, and misc. balances at end of shift.
• Maintain a clean, professional lobby and dining area.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
• Be flexible with work schedules, including weekends.
