Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a part-time Front Desk Service Associate in Mississippi to deliver exceptional guest service, check guests in, handle requests, and promote hotel amenities. You will act as Manager on Duty during specified hours, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, processing payments, and balancing shifts with a focus on friendly hospitality and adherence to company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior experience in accounting, sales, telesales, service or guest relations preferred.
• Cash and credit card handling, balancing charges; knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests.
• Promote and sell hotel services/amenities and encourage repeat bookings.
• Be the Manager on Duty when required; respond to guest requests and communicate with management.
