LBA Hospitality seeks a friendly, professional Guest Service Associate to greet guests, check in/out, and promote hotel services. You will master the property management system, handle guest requests, and uphold brand standards while delivering courteous hospitality.

Qualificações

• Experience in service, sales, telesales or guest relations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and register guests, assign rooms when needed, and protect guest privacy.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Handle guest requests and report issues to management promptly.
• Learn and use the property management system (PMS).
• Maintain lobby and public areas in clean, welcoming condition.
