Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Services Agent to greet, register, and assist guests at the front desk with a focus on outstanding service. You will handle check-in/check-out, payments, and provide accurate information about rates, rooms, and local amenities.

Role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to upsell hotel services to maximize occupancy. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Front Desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including inputting and retrieving information from the computer and confirming guest details.
• Assist guests with check-out, process payments, and handle various forms of payment including foreign currency and gift certificates.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel information, room categories, rates, and local area; answer questions and provide recommendations.
• Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and maximize occupancy.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly manner; field complaints and negotiate solutions.
• Receive, input, relay messages to guests; work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
