Qualifications

• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check-in, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate guest records and room availability.
• Process bills, accept payments, and balance cash.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest issues.
• Handle reservations and respond to guest inquiries about services.
