Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and balance cash.
• Issue room keys and guide guests.
• Review accounts and charges at check-out.
• Post charges to ledgers for rooms, F&B, and services.
• Transmit/receive guest messages via phone/switchboard.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for issues.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
• Answer inquiries about services and local amenities.
