Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to ensure a warm, welcoming environment and exceptional guest service throughout their stay. You will address guest needs, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and prior hospitality or customer service experience. Strong computer skills and the ability to work under pressure are prized in this role.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Computer skills, attention to detail, strong customer service, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate front desk efficiently and courteously.
• Check guests in/out, post charges, and handle reservations and room moves.
• Answer questions about local restaurants and attractions.
• Make courtesy calls and follow-up on guest issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Process revenue and perform cashier duties, including audits.
