Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to ensure exceptional guest service and a warm, welcoming environment. You will manage front desk duties, guest check-ins/outs, and respond to inquiries, while coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain smooth operations.

You will contribute to a positive guest experience, assist with nightly audits, and share knowledge about local attractions while representing Capital Vacations with professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Computer skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient and courteous front desk operations.
• Check guests in/out, collect balances and post charges, handle reservations and requests.
• Assist with night audit, online travel agents, and review responses.
• Answer guest questions about local restaurants and attractions.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests and manage revenue postings.
• Prepare check-in packets, maintain inventory, and manage maintenance requests.
