Responsibilities

• Front desk operations handled efficiently and courteously.
• Check guests in/out, balance charges, and handle reservations.
• Assist guests with local restaurants and attractions.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Process revenue, cash handling and banking routines daily.
• Prepare nightly audit and respond to online reviews.
• Make courtesy calls and confirmations for owners/guests.
• Enter maintenance requests and manage villa bookings.
