You will handle front desk duties, guest inquiries, and coordination with other departments to meet guest needs and maintain high satisfaction. A background in hospitality or customer service is preferred, with strong computer and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Computer skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations efficiently and courteously.
• Check guests in and out; collect balances and post room charges.
• Make reservations, room moves, and stay-over requests as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
