Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to ensure an exceptional guest experience at our resorts. You will create a warm, welcoming environment, handle front desk duties, and address guest needs to maximize satisfaction during their stay.

You will check guests in and out, post charges, and coordinate room moves while maintaining accuracy in daily reports and reviews. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in a busy, customer-focused setting.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Computer skills and attention to detail required.

Aufgaben

• Operate front desk and provide friendly, welcoming service.
• Check-in/check-out, collect balances, post room charges.
• Make reservations, room moves, and stay-over requests as needed.
• Answer guest questions about local restaurants/attractions.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Process revenue, balance cash drawer, and perform daily audits.
• Follow up on guest issues and communicate with owners/guests.
• Prepare weekly check-in packets and maintain office supplies.
