• Resolve guest complaints with empathy and escalate to management when needed.
• Complete paperwork accurately and maintain guest and transaction records.
• Provide guests with hotel information, amenities, and local recommendations.
• Monitor safety and security; follow emergency procedures and report hazards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
