Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to create memorable vacations for guests from check-in to checkout. You will provide welcoming service, issue keys, quote room rates, and help guests with reservations and area information.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, cash handling skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service mindset with friendly demeanor.
• Basic math and cash handling abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly and assist with registration from check-in to checkout.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks as required.
