Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests and provide exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You will quote room rates, confirm reservations, and assist guests with area attractions while handling transactions accurately.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures; balance cash receipts.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups; provide guests with room rate quotes.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
