Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking an Agent - Front Office to deliver unmatched guest service during check-in and check-out, register guests, render bills, and process cash and card payments. You will assist guests with questions, directions, and information while resolving disputes professionally to enhance their stay.

Qualifications

• Clear communication in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong guest service mindset with professional demeanor.
• Six months cash handling experience.
• Front desk experience in luxury hotel preferred.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide unmatched guest service during check-in and check-out.
• Register guests, render bills, and process cash/credit payments.
• Assist guests with questions, directions, and information.
• Resolve guest disputes professionally while maintaining standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and data.
• Support guests with directions and local information as needed.
