Job summary

The English Hotel in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the face of the front desk. You’ll deliver warm, local-area knowledge and ensure guests experience outstanding service from check-in to check-out.

In a fast-paced, on-site environment you’ll handle guest requests, provide recommendations for dining and entertainment, and use the property management system to assist with arrivals and departures. Flexible scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
• People-person with positive demeanor and excellent guest service skills.
• Prefer 3–6 months of related front desk or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests at the front desk.
• Process check-ins and check-outs; handle cash and use the PMS.
• Provide local area information and recommendations to guests and maintain accuracy of guest records.
